You MUST have the newest version of metafogl installed BEFORE installing Pro Mod.
Also, install SDKHooks, stripper, and left4downtown. These should be included in metafogl if you have it installed right.
Simply drag and drop files into the corresponding folders, inside your servers Left4Dead2 folder!
All plugins included in this download are the newest version as of Meta 8.3 and EQ 1.1, so use these versions if asked to overwrite.

Features:
Slowdown on Special Infected Removed (Not including Tank)
HR Replaced with a 10 Shot Scout (135dmg)
Common limit starts at 5. When survivors open the door it increments every 5 seconds to 7,15,30 (to reduce minutes of common baiting)
Survivors will recieve pills upon leaving saferoom.
Props included from metafogl 8.3.
Admins can type !sm_allinfo (playername) to get the players steam id and ip.
Custom max distances implemented. NOT equivelant to EQ. (see Below)
Car alarms will be consistent for both teams.
Updated Tank damage announce plugin.
Blood Harvest 1 Tank spawn delayed until bridge.
No Mercy 1 Tank delayed to exterior.
Only 1 bile bomb for throwables.

Blocked Tank on Death Toll 1 immediately out of saferoom.

Replaced 2 uzi limit with a 3 ranged weapon limit.
Attempt to fix long lasting problem from meta, where on occasion 4 sets of pills could spawn on certain maps.(excluding saferoom pills)
Disabled Game Instructor for all players.
Update to the way we block multiple scouts, reducing the chance that the scout will disappear when you try to pick it up if someone already has a scout.
Fixed Custom Max Distance spam.
Removed props from DA4 event and starting saferoom area.
Created a side config 'Pro Mod HR'.
Changed HR clip size to 12.



Planned:
Reduce time till door opens on Death Toll 3 Crescendo.
!stats command to show common and SI kills for player.
Remove HR/Scout from the beginning of Parish 2 to prevent one team being at an advantage/disadvantage.
Announce when tank enters play.
Increase Hunter DP cap to 35.
!spawns command shows tank and witch percentage.
